Pulling the Wagon

Here’s a thought for the new year delivered by a light-hearted commercial.  The next time you think you’re pulling the wagon yourself, you might remember this young Clydesdale..  And if you’re in an organization thinking about “compensating and rewarding” innovation, you might ask whether the compensation should go to those in front of or behind the wagon.
